The Iceberg Theory

Things that appear to be, may not be things that actually be.
We won't know what others go through in their daily lives unless we're in their shoes. So unless we have been there and done that, it's best we keep our thoughts to ourselves. Some of us are quick to pass judgement because they're on unchartered ground. The fear of the unknown, and the easiest way is to take the defensive route. But let's just stop and think for a moment. Think and choose our words carefully. Digest the situation with a clear conscience, removing any influence.
It is not wrong if we fail to understand but we should always remember that life is not perpetually a bed of roses. And this applies to everyone with no exemptions. Everyone has their own problems, difficulties, struggles, challenges and heartaches to face. We all stain our pillows. Lest we forget. Let's try and practice some humility and civility towards our neighbours.
Spread some love around...
The last time I checked, it does not cost a thing to be a weebit nicer to one another.
It certainly warms the heart.
