To add to that, a male colleague of mine said, "If a guy wants to break up with you, he'll find whatever excuse to." I paused and thought for a moment...

It's an easy way out. Rather than facing the situation, upholding that scrape of dignity left in the relationship and giving it an ounce of respect for what it's worth, he prefers to utilise his get-out-of-jail card and be free through a more convenient option. I mean, how many times has the 'It's not you, it's me. You deserve someone better' phrase been used? I'm not saying us girls have a clean record (some of us stand guilty as charged), but let's admit it (don't murder me), the honours goes to the guys for this.

And it can be summed up that a guy's interest in you (or lack thereof) can be as clear as the result you get from a pregnancy test kit. It's either you're gonna balloon up and be a momma, or not. And likewise, you can tell from his actions/affections (or the non-existence of it), if he's into you or otherwise. For if he was interested, he will make it known to you. Period.

From what I gather, there is no grey area, apparently.
