On autopilot... day in, day out.
What happened last Friday proved that a leopard never changes its spots and blood is indeed thicker than water.
Some had hope but some knew better.
At the end of the day, we're merely paying our dues until the time comes to catch the next money train.
At the end of the day, we're sticking to our guns, keeping our heads up high because truth is on our side.
At the end of the day, we know karma is something that creeps up eventually.
...
On a happier note, the weekend was a pleasant one. Caught up with two girlfriends for a long overdue dinner at Michaelangelo's Pyramid on Friday night. Watched 'The Kite Runner' on Saturday and caught a play titled '3' on Sunday at KL Pac. Celebrated a petite friend's birthday after at The Apartment, KLCC with 49 personalised cupcakes and tons of tears streaming laughter from talking about delusional, obsessive and stalker exes. And most of the story sharing came from a guy and he was hilarious in describing his experiences. The girls were needless to say, amused. Poor GA, hope you meet a sane girl next who will bring relationship stability into your life.
I've said this before and I'll say it again. There is a bitch in every girl (even the nicest, sweetest, and especially the unassuming ones) and likewise a bastard in every guy. I shall end this post by quoting one of Birdy's favourite songs (yes BD, Birdy actually likes this song).
I'm a bitch, I'm a lover
I'm a child, I'm a mother
I'm a sinner, I'm a saint
I do not feel ashamed
I'm your hell, I'm your dream
I'm nothing in between
You know you wouldn't want it any other way...
I'm a child, I'm a mother
I'm a sinner, I'm a saint
I do not feel ashamed
I'm your hell, I'm your dream
I'm nothing in between
You know you wouldn't want it any other way...
