1.2.3... A Monday Quickie

- Project Nest fluttered off to a good start. We saw four potential nests over the weekend and narrowed it down to two. Fingers crossed, that we'll be able to secure our favourite soon. This way, we will have ample time for some us-customisation and turn it into a nest that is close to our taste and liking.

- District 9 was worth every cent and dollar. Sometimes, we humans are the real monsters instead of what's obvious to the eye (and we should know better), thanks to our thirst for power and greedy nature. Shame on us. Found myself rooting for the opposition i.e. Team Alien aka Prawns and the compassion I felt for the main protagonist lasted until I went to bed. Sigh, poor Wikus, torn between two worlds... (convincing performance by Sharlto Copley who is a first time actor). One of the must watch films of the year, I'd say.

- What a way to start a day. Bi woke me up to deliver good news on Sunday morning. The Gunners kicked off the new EPL season with a fabulous start, where they hammered Everton 6-1! "It was stylish football masterclass", said Yahoo!. Here's hoping we will continue to improve and perform throughout the season, and hopefully clinch the trophy. 'In Arsene We Trust'.
